OLE "ASSOCIATION" SELF-REGULATING ORGANIZATION OF BETS AND LOTTERY BUSINESS OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN "

  • Association was built in february of 2016 and has an accreditation from the Republic of Kazakhstan as Self-Regulatory Organization (SRO of Bookmakers).

SRO of Bookmakers conducts an introduction of the best experience in bookmakers regulation to the Kazakhstan market. That experience include: participation in the development of draft laws, close interaction with government agencies, settlement of contentious and problematic issues between business and government agencies and analysis of the impact of the industry on bettors.

 

Form 2016 the organization participates in lawmaking and initiates its proposals in the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 

The organization participated in the development of new laws in the tax, civil, business, criminal codes which concernes  gambling business. SRO of Bookmakers is an officially accredited organization in the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan.

  • By initiative of SRO of Bookmakers in participation of with the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a working group was formed to combat illegal gambling Internet resources on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The organization is taking preventive measures and plans to implement a project to treat gambling addicts.
